off the St. John’s River, surrounded by Florida's Ocala National Forest.
Enjoy boating, fishing or
just relaxing in our quiet community. We are only 35 minutes to Ormond
Beach/Daytona Beach area, 1 hour to Orlando and the attractions, 35
minutes to Silver Springs, and within 30 miles of numerous fresh water
Springs for diving, snorkeling, and picnicking. Golf courses within 20
minutes.
Many events throughout the year for everyone including races in Daytona, Bike
week and Biketoberfest, fishing tournaments, etc. Just too many too list.
Our quiet community offers a number of dining choices, either on or off the
river.

Available for rental $675/Thursday-Sunday.
$1,000/Sunday-Sunday.
For special event weeks (i.e. Bikeweek, Raceweek,
Springbreak, Memorial weekend, 4th of July day or weekend, Labor Day
weekend, etc):
$900/Thursday-Sunday.
$1,400/Sunday-Sunday.
DEPOSIT of
$500 for security/damage is required initially to hold reservation
PAYMENT must be received 4 weeks before arrival date
For large groups
and/or family reunions, the home at the link below can be rented
simultaneously with this residence. Both homes are 50 feet apart and
directly across from one another.
